Refund Policy
This is a digital file. Access is meant to be immediate after payment.
If you can't open the file
Email hello@landajob30.in within 7 days of payment. Include the name on the payment and any receipt Razorpay sent you. I will send the file again.
If I still cannot get the file to you, I will refund the ₹499 payment.
What this is not
A refund is not offered because a job takes longer than 30 days, or because an employer does not reply. The book is a process. It does not guarantee an offer.
There is no separate "satisfaction guarantee" beyond fixing an access problem.
